Panic starts to set in!

The phone is ringing and clients or customers on the other end are asking questions you can only answer with your computer running. You start telling them the computers are down and you will have to get back to them.

You are now searching frantically for the I-T Techs phone number so you can get him in to correct the problem. You know this is going to be expensive, after all, he charges $125 per hour.

When the call is answered on the other end, you realize it’s an answering machine! The voice says “Please leave a message I will get back to you as soon as possible”.
